This is the impressive 2000 Sydney Olympic Games Olympic Kilo Masterpiece, struck in 1 kilogram of 99.9% pure silver as part of the official Sydney 2000 Olympic Coin Program produced by The Perth Mint and Royal Australian Mint with a mintage of 20,000.

This particular example is in essentially as-new condition and remains remarkably complete. It includes the original Jarrah wood presentation case, Certificate of Authenticity, matching Limited Issue No. 6681 plaque and certificate, original capsule, information/specification material, and even the original protective polystyrene outer packaging. The presentation case also displays the Perth Mint and Royal Australian Mint emblems inside.

For added buyer confidence, the actual coin being offered is shown in the photographs being weighed and also tested on a Sigma Metalytics Precious Metal Verifier, where it registers correctly for .999 silver.

This is a striking large-format Australian Olympic silver issue and a strong addition to a Sydney 2000, Australian decimal, Perth Mint, Royal Australian Mint or Olympic memorabilia collection.
